National Express is Britain’s only scheduled coach network, carrying more than 12 million passengers each year to around 1200 destinations throughout England, Scotland and Wales. What is more National Express is Britain’s largest operator of scheduled coaches to airports, and the UK’s largest operator of scheduled services to Europe.

The brand idea ‘Making things easy’ would become the way in which National Express worked: re-branding all services to be clearly understood; using the language of customers, not producers; making the website easier to use; engaging with people to make their experience better.
