Costellia, Italian Iconic Hotels, was conceived as a constellation rather than a chain. A network of distinctive premium hotels rooted in Campania, each property retains its own character while contributing to a shared vision of Italian hospitality.
The design project focused on translating this idea into a coherent identity system, one capable of holding together history, landscape, architecture, and service culture. The goal was not uniformity, but harmony.
A recognizable framework that allows each hotel to shine while clearly belonging to a larger, intentional universe. At a structural level, the project worked to build a stronger and more powerful framework across human resources, commercial strategy, distribution channels, communication, and facility management.
Design became a strategic tool, aligning internal processes with external perception. From employer branding to guest touchpoints, from sales narratives to operational clarity, Costellia was shaped to support growth, consistency, and long-term value. The result is a system designed to be lived in daily by teams, partners, and guests alike. A solid backbone that supports excellence while leaving room for authenticity, evolution,
and local soul.
